Consulting Division — Business Setup in Saudi Arabia
We help foreign and GCC investors open their company in the Kingdom — from the MISA investment licence and Commercial Registration (CR) to a fully operational business.
Your gateway to the Saudi market
Saudi Arabia is one of the world's fastest-changing investment destinations, and Vision 2030 has opened most sectors to 100% foreign ownership. But the setup journey involves several government platforms, documents and approvals — and mistakes cost time.
As a company founded by investors who went through this journey ourselves, we understand it from the investor's side. We are especially experienced in supporting Pakistani investors, as well as investors from the wider region and beyond, and we can continue to support your business after setup with our contracting and facility services.

Business setup questions
Can a foreigner own 100% of a company in Saudi Arabia?
In many sectors, yes — foreign investors can own 100% of a company with a MISA investment licence. Some activities have restrictions or require a Saudi partner. We check your activity before you start.
What is the difference between the MISA licence and the CR?
The MISA licence allows a foreign investor to invest in the Kingdom. The Commercial Registration (CR), issued by the Ministry of Commerce, legally establishes the company so it can trade. Foreign-owned companies generally need both.
Do I need to be in Saudi Arabia during the process?
Much of the process can be handled remotely with proper documents and authorisations. Some steps, such as bank account opening, may need your presence — we plan this with you.
Can you help after the company is set up?
Yes. Beyond renewals and government services, our Contracting Division can fit out your office, factory or shop and maintain it afterwards.
