Our Contracting Division has two business lines. Projects builds and fits out your facility. Facility Management keeps it running safely and efficiently for years after handover. Clients who use both benefit from a single team that knows the building inside out.
We work as main contractor, MEP contractor or specialist subcontractor, on lump-sum, re-measured or design-and-build terms, and are familiar with FIDIC-based and Saudi government contract conditions.
